Hi! My name is Madeline Trinity! I am so excited to be the newest member of the Brightside team, as the new Client Support Specialist. This team is phenomenal and I cannot wait to assist them in making your insurance experience as positive and seamless as possible! A Little About Me:
I have lived on the Illinois side of the St. Louis Metro Area my whole life. I am a McKendree University alum (Go Bearcats!) I have been part of theatre in some shape or form since I was little, I love creating magic for an audience! My Experience & Approach: My background is in theatre and the arts, so I am always creatively problem solving. My core values are honesty and kindness. I believe very strongly in taking care of people fairly and with a smile (maybe a few jokes thrown in too) which I incorporate into every interaction! When I’m Not in the Office: You can almost always find me working onstage or backstage with local theatre productions. In breaks between shows, you can find me capturing everyone’s big life moments with my camera or curled up with my cat, Mooshu, and a good book (always looking for book recommendations). How I Can Help: I am here to ensure you have a great experience every time you call as well as providing proactive support throughout your entire insurance process. I am happy to assist with providing any documents, answering questions about coverage details, helping you make any adjustments or additions to a policy, or help with renewals. I'll ensure that your needs are met promptly and that you're always up to date on the latest information by providing helpful information on The Brightside Blog and managing (making silly posts for) Brightside’s Facebook page!
