Job Purpose: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to handle the day-to-day service needs of our existing clients. This is not a sales role. Instead, the CSR serves as a key support resource for clients by assisting with policy updates, answering questions, processing documentation, and ensuring policies remain accurate and up to date. CSRs work closely with our agents to deliver a smooth, positive client experience and help build long-term relationships. The CSR is often the first voice clients hear when they call Brightside and plays a vital role in keeping policies remain accurate, compliant, and easy to understand. Insurance knowledge is important, and obtaining an insurance license is required within the first 60 days (training paid for by Brightside).
